Who I am: It all started back in high school. From the speech team all four years, to five JC theater roles and then poetry readings in Stockton and soo many places in the bay over the last 12 years.
I love the sound of my own voice. It seems some other people do too. And I haven't always been successful in love and lust. So there is a story or two that would like to be told.

My story ends much the same way many others do: not according to plan.

Intimidated by the wild and talented storytellers you see onstage at Bawdy? Don’t be. These guys are good, but so are you. I’m always looking for new storytellers, and I usually announce the theme at least a month in advance of the event.

Check back regularly for the upcoming event’s theme, and enjoy the delicious torture that is having a tale to tell, and the thrill of sharing it with a roomful of kindred souls.

Here’s how you tell a story onstage at Bawdy:

Keep your story under ten minutes in length
It’s easy to get caught up in the punch line, and then you’re stuck with “…and so yeah, that happened”. Think “beginning, middle and end’.
If you’re new to this, rehearse it a time or two in front of at least one other person
No reading! But crib notes are OK.
If you name names in your story, change ‘em. The pervy community is fairly small, after all
